In-Person vs Virtual Appointments With a Core Energetics Practitioner
In Person Core Energetics Sessions
Each in-person session with Caroline is unique, tailored to your individual needs. While each session is intended to support your short-term and long-term goals, they also follow the natural flow of your thoughts, feelings, and energy. This allows the process to evolve organically based on what happens in the moment.
Typically, an in-person session follows this structure:
Attunement: We begin by tuning in to your current emotional state and creating more body awareness.
Focus: Together, we determine what you would like to focus on, whether it’s an emotional issue, a thought pattern, or a physical sensation that is present for you.
Discussion: We’ll talk briefly about what you’re experiencing or exploring, helping to clarify and deepen your awareness of an issue.
Physical Expression: We then work toward finding a physical expression of any thoughts or feelings around an issue. We use movement, vocalization, breathwork, and other physical interventions to process and release stuck emotions.
Integration: We conclude by helping you integrate your experience, reflect on what you’ve uncovered, and explore how you can carry those insights and shifts into your daily life.
Virtual Sessions
You don’t have to be in Richmond to work with Caroline. Virtual Core Energetics sessions will offer you the same depth of experience as in-person sessions: we will attune to your present state, focus on your intentions, discuss your experience and how it fits into your goals, and then guide you in finding a physical expression of what’s present. Virtual sessions offer a flexible and convenient alternative to in-person sessions.
